Fanpage separately reports a 30 percent jump in new short-term listings in Bagnoli, where the team bases and marina are being built. General admission is the good news: organisers describe a "close-to-shore racecourse" with boats passing "just metres from the waterfront," and the free Race Village runs along the Viale Francesco Caracciolo promenade. Three things to weigh before booking. July in southern Italy runs hot and can spike into the mid-30s Celsius on a bad day, with no shade on a packed seafront promenade. The Match is best-of-13, first to seven, so a dominant run could end it before 18 July: don't bank your last days on racing that might be over. And if you saw "America's Cup Naples postponement" in a search box, that's the AC40 Preliminary Regatta, a smaller warmup that moved from 25 to 28 June 2026 to 24 to 27 September 2026.
